How to Display Ads on UC Browser for Mobile
A lot of
people out there see UC Browser for
mobile as a browser that does not allow for the display of ads like Adsense, Media
net etc.
And by that
misconception from display ads perspective, they have always tend to liken UC
Browser with the old time Opera mini
that does was encrypted not to display ads.
But
unknowing to them that just like other mobile browsers as you have in default Android
browsers, Apple mobile safari browser, Chrome browser for mobile, Opera mini
browser etc. that UC Browser in similar manner allows for ads display.
These misconceptions
about UC Browser for mobile not displaying ads arose from the fact that by
default, the UC Browser for mobile came with the Adblock add on that is enabled by that same default, and hence
without adjusting any settings and visiting webpages with UC Browser for
mobile, ads are prevented from displaying.
Now, you can
easily adjust the Adblock add-on settings from your UC Browser for mobile menu
to either disable/enable the Adblock for ads display or completely uninstall
it.

ReplyDeleteThanks for information, really thanks
ReplyDeleteUC Browser v10.5.2 absolutely does have an adblock feature! It's available in the settings. Don't know about any of the earlier versions, the current version is the only one I've ever looked at. The adblocker addon is already installed and just needs to be enabled. The adblocker works fine and without digging into it further probably just uses the "easylist" subscription filter like the vast majority of other mobile browsers that offer adblocking. Others might like the Ui but I personally didn't care for it and the fact that it installed four different folders into my device storage was annoying, at least for me.
