·     You need updated version of UBA U-Mobile app; visit any of your device platform app store to download the updated version

·     After download and installation, launch the app for registration and activation.

·     You will be presented with 3 different alternative means to register

·     Choose the first option which is Register with Account if you do not have any ATM card issued to you by UBA, then fill in the necessary requirements options as presented. You will require a token if you go with this option

·     Choose the 2^nd option (recommended) which is Register with Debit Card if you have any ATM card (Verve, MasterCard or VISA) issued to you by UBA. After selecting this option, key in other required details like card type and the card details, choose password, activation code will be sent to your phone number, use it to activate your account registration.

·     The third option is to Register with prepaid card; choose this option if you do not have a direct debit card but you have a prepaid card issued to you by UBA
