Blackberry Not Giving Up Yet, Reportedly Going To Launch 3 Android Phones This Year
Even when
most folks thought that Blackberry by now might have thrown in the towel in the
smartphone business, especially after an unsuccessful first venture into the
Android world with Blackberry Priv, Blackberry is still kicking and searching
for fertile ground to be replanted.
Rumours that
have been breaking the internet recently is that Blackberry will be launching 3
more android devices before this year runs out, and each of the devices is
going to be released one after the other in the remaining quarters of the year.
The 3 android
devices are codenamed Neon, Argon and Mercury and will be more affordable
devices as compared with Blackberry first android phone.
The Neon is
reportedly going to be launching first and it will be coming with 5.2inches
1080p entire touchscreen display, it will feature 16GB internal storage with
3GB RAM. The processor will be that of Snapdragon 617, it will spot 13MP and
8MP back and front camera, and going to pack 2610mAh battery.

Second in
line is the Argon with rumoured specs as; 5.5inches QHD touchscreen display,
32GB internal storage with 4GB RAM, Snapdragon 820 chipset, 21MP and 8MP rear
and front camera, 3000mAh battery with quick charge technology, Fingerprint
scanner.
Lastly is
the Mercury which might extend to 2017 and will be spotting 4.5inches HD
screen, 32G internal storage with 3GB RAM, 18MP and 8MP back and front
shooters, 3400mAh battery.
Some of the devices
might still feature iconic physical keyboard.
We want to
believe at this point that blackberry will be using these devices to correct
their mistakes from their initial trial and we also want to wish them some luck
in their quest to stay relevant in the ever dynamic smartphone world.
