Xiaomi Mi 6 Slated For March Launching, To Pack Whopping 256GB Storage With 6GB RAM

Xiaomi is gearing up for the launching of their 2017 flagship device, Xiaomi Mi6, which is slated for March landing.

According to online report, Xiaomi is starting production of Xiaomi Mi 6 by next month and is also expected to showcase the device in this year’s upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) scheduled to commence on Monday 27, February 2017.

Going by what is on ground, the Xiaomi Mi 6 is expected to be coming in 3 variants, Xiaomi Mi 6 Youth, Xiaomi Mi 6 Standard version and Xiaomi Mi 6 Premier, which appears to be the most premium of all.

The Xiaomi Youth will be the most affordable with Helio X30 chipset, 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.

While the follow up standard variant is expected to come with a dual curved designed OLED QHD display. It is also expected to launch with a 64 bit octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset accompanied with a 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.

Xioami Mi 6 Premier, which is where the real flagship lies will be expected to feature a ceramic body and similar features with the standard variants, but this time around, instead of 4GB/128GB RAM/ROM, Xiaomi Mi 6 Premier will be packing a gargantuan 256GB internal storage supported with 6GB RAM.

The Youth, Standard and Premier variants of Xiaomi Mi 6 are all expected to run on latest android Nougat, which will be based on Xiaomi’s MIUI 8 Operating system.

Surprising to note, also revealed is a sneak peek of the pricing of these 3 Xiaomi Mi 6 variants; the Youth version will cost around $294, while the Standard variant will be priced at $364 and finally the most expensive Premier version will launch at $437 price.
