Glo Subscribers Groan As Unable To Visit Certain Sites Issue With Glo Network Lingers

Last time we reported on how Glo network is currently frustrating Glo data subscribers as they have been unable to access certain sites with Glo network, especially Google owned blogs and certain secured sites.

While some Glo data subscribers have ported to other networks as result of this issue, those still on Glo network are groaning and hoping that Glo does something fast to fix this lingering issue.

And yesterday, we decided to officially table the matter to Glo and we even went further to supply Glo with different sites that Glo data subscribers cannot access with the Glo network as result of issue.

To our amazement Glo told us that they are not even aware of the issue but promised to fix the it within 48hours.

After 24hours, Glo notified us that they have resolved the issue, but by the time we checked to really see if Glo has rectified it, we noticed what seemed as work in progress.

Though the issue persists, but we observed that unlike before, one can now access those sites with Chrome for mobile browser, while with Chrome for desktop browser and many other major web browsers and mobile browsers alike, one cannot still access those sites and host of other sites.

If Glo know what is good for their business, they should be quick to fix up this lingering issue otherwise more Glo subscribers would be foreced port to other networks.
