Nokia set to launch its first group of Android phones
It has long
been rumoured that Nokia has been secretly working on mobile devices that will make
use of the Android operating system, but it seems that in every rumours these
days, there have always been an iota of truth or what we can align ourselves to
the saying that no smoke comes without fire.
Everything about the Nokia Android phones is eventually turning reality as all events pertaining to its launching is set to take place on the 24th of February 2014 at the Mobile World Congress trade show coming up in the city of Barcelona.

Though
report has it that these Nokia Android Phones that are set to be released will
be nothing more than low end devices meant for the emergent market and again
that the devices will not be able to access the Google play application store,
but will rather make use of apps developed by Microsoft and Nokia.
Until the 24th
of February, some other details of the phone are quite sketchy but we learnt
that the phone will be up for the Nokia X series models and is code-named Normady.
We also learnt that this first ever Nokia Android devices which will definitely be inexpensive and will feature a 4.0 inches WVGA display, it will come with a dual-core 1GHZ Snapdragon chipset, 4GB internal memory with a provision for microSD card and also a 512MB of RAM.

With almost
every phone makers these days having or wanting to produce devices that also
run on the open source Android operating system, it now becoming very obvious
that Android OS devices are seriously booming in the market and taking over the
mobile world with rapid force, leaving others like Blackberry and it likes at
the shadow of themselves and having to be chasing from behind.
