What really went wrong with Nokia now Microsoft Mobile, Samsung and Apple flagship faulty devices?
It is said
that due to un-avoidable human errors, that no manufacturing process or company
producing large amount of their products can go on producing without being
accompanied with waste or condemned products.
Some of
these condemned products might come as errors due to large variation from the
normal sizes, shapes and qualities of the prototype or standard products while
others could arise as a result of mal-functioned products during production.
But one
strange and unprecedented anomaly that recently hit the three different, most
famous and giant phone makers; Nokia now Microsoft Mobile, Samsung and Apple
was the problem of faulty devices that took the companies by surprise and in
turn affecting each of their flagship devices.
It all
started with Nokia (Microsoft Mobile)
when its new and first ever tablet devices, the Lumia 2520 were diagnosed with
faulty chargers, which makes the devices stand the potential risk of causing
electric shock to users.
This single fault caused by Nokia third party
accessory manufacturers led to Nokia completely suspending the sales of its
Lumia 2520 tablets in many countries.
As if it
were planned serial faults, Nokia still reeling in its faulty Lumia 2520 tablet
chargers, Samsung on the other hand were confirming faulty cameras on their
latest Galaxy S5 devices, as some users of the phone reported that while using
the Galaxy S5 camera either directly or with app in the phone that enables the
camera function that it gets to points where the camera just stop working and
pops up a warning signal that reads “Warning: Camera failed”.

Still on the
serial plan, the next in line to get its own share of the ‘national faulty
cake’ was no other than the third mentioned giant phone makers, Apple. Some of
its iphone 5 flagship devices were hit by faulty power-sleep/wake buttons.
Some users of the iphone 5 reported that their phones sleep/wake buttons stopped working just like that while others report that theirs only work sometimes.
Some users of the iphone 5 reported that their phones sleep/wake buttons stopped working just like that while others report that theirs only work sometimes.
Though quite
strange as these faults took turn on those phone makers flagship devices, the
good thing is that each of the companies acknowledged the users report on those
faulty devices and also confirmed the faults.
By so doing, they acted proactively by quickly offering solutions to each and every affected users.

For Nokia,
the best they felt they could offer to their fans was taking a precautionary
measure by completely suspending the sales of the Lumia 2520 in many countries.
Then for Samsung, they asked those affected to call their toll free line
1-888-987-4357 or simply visit their carrier for service under Samsung standard
limited warranty.
And finally for Apple who also on their part took total responsibility on the faulty devices has initiated the iphone 5 sleep/wake button replacement program that kick started first in the US and Canada then to other countries.
