2014 IFA closing and roundup of latest smart devices unveiled
If you are a
tech savvy individual especially when it comes to smart portable consumer
electronics, then there is high tendency that you might have been following the
IFA event taking place for the past 5 days in Berlin Germany.
Just a quick
recap of what the IFA is all about… IFA is a German abbreviation that
stands for Internationale Funkausstellung.
The IFA is one of the biggest
European exhibitions of consumer electronics held annually in Germany.
The 2014 IFA
event in Berlin is closing today and no doubt that a lot has happened. It has
been a hectic show and yet all round spectacles. We have been following and
monitoring closely all the activities going on in the IFA show right from day 1
till this very closing moment.
Today, we
are rounding up together by bringing to you the roundup of the latest releases
by the different smart device manufacturers that all made it to the prestigious
event.
We will not be going into the detailed specifications of the various electronic gadgets that were launched at the event but just a collection of the gadgets that were unveiled by each of the manufacturers.

Starting
straight away with Samsung Electronics…The
Korean smartphone giants had about 4 smart devices unveiled at the event and we
have them as the Samsung Galaxy Note 4
and the Galaxy Note Edge which are smartphones,
the Samsung Gear S smartwatch and
then the Samsung Gear VR headset.
Microsoft/Nokia on their part was not left out of
the show as they unveiled the Nokia Lumia 830, Lumia 730 dual SIM and Lumia 735.
The Japanese
company Sony came out with arrays of
smart devices, with the Sony Xperia Z3
and Xperia E3 leading the smartphone
frontline, and then they also had the Sony
Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, Sony
Smartwatch 3.
Another Korean
giant LG went into the show by
unveiling Mid-range LG 3 Stylus, LG Bello and Fino smartphones, the LG smartwatch
R was also unveiled.

The
Taiwanese company HTC on their part
at the event announced the HTC Desire
820 single and dual SIM variant.
Motorola was not left out of the spectacles
as it unveiled the Motorola Moto G
and Moto X smartphones.
Huawei had their hands on the Huawei Ascend G7 and Mate 7 smartphones.
Other companies
like Lenovo, Toshiba, Acer, Asus and ZTE also launched one, two or more
electronics gadgets at the event.
As earlier
said, today marks the closing date of the 5 day grueling event in Germany and
the entire event was all but a success with the latest launched devices
expected to start rolling out in the following months.
