New Reply Codes/Numbers to Speak with Customer Care Assistant After Dialling Helpline Number on MTN, Airtel, Glo and Etisalat
I believe by
now you should have known that the only constant thing is change, and that is
what MTN, Airtel, Glo and Etisalat has done in terms of the reply codes/numbers
to speak with their customer care assistant after dialling their helpline
numbers.
Long before
now, dialling or calling any of those networks customer care number to speak
with an assistant/representative is quite straightforward; after dialling their
customer care line, for most of the networks, you simply reply with ‘0’and you will be transferred to speak
with any of their agents available.
But now,
things have changed and the reply numbers to speak directly with an assistant
have totally changed and I know that many of you now find it difficult to
locate the exact reply numbers to speak with their assistants after dialling
their customer care numbers.
Today, we
have decided to make things easier for you and we are going to be directing you
on the new reply codes/numbers to speak directly with their assistants after
you must have dialled their service line.
Without even
wasting a single time, here are the customer care numbers and the new reply
codes to speak directly with a customer care assistant on MTN, Airtel, Glo and
Etisalat
= => For MTN – MTN customer care number remains 180 and to speak directly with one of
their assistant after dialling 180, reply as follows; reply by pressing 1 to select English as preferred language,
after which you then reply with 3 to
be transferred to speak with a customer care assistant.
For short
form <Dial 180>>Reply with 1>>Reply with 3>
= => For Airtel – Airtel customer care number
remains 111 and now to speak with a customer
care assistant after dialling 111, reply as follows; reply by pressing 1 and reply again by pressing 9
and you will be transferred to speak with one of their assistant.
For short
form <Dial 111>>>Reply
with 1>>Reply with 9>
= => For Glo – Glo customer care number remains 121 and to speak with directly with
customer care assistance after dialling 121, simply reply with “0”
and you will then be transferred to speak with one of their agents.
For short
form <Dial 121>>reply with 0>
= => For Etisalat – Etisalat customer care
number remains 200 and to speak
directly with one of their agents after dialling 200, reply as follows; reply
with 1 to choose English, then reply
with 4 for complaints, replay again
with 3 for further complaints and
finally reply with 4 to speak with
an assistant
The short
form is <Dial 200>>reply
with 1>>reply with 4>>reply with 3>>reply with 4>
Remember as
usual that after dialling and replying as suggested above, you have to wait for
your turn to speak with a customer care assistant pending on number of other
customers on the queue, so just listen to and enjoy the music/advert they do
play as they keep you on hold until you are attended to.

mtn is useless shem, it doesn't give option to speak to a consultant while I need help

ReplyDeleteAirtail are criminals, you can't speak to their customers care agent as other network. In today's they deducted 900 naira from my account all in the name of top up, which I have cancelled yet they renewed it. No way to report for correcting it. Rubbish

You guys should answer me oo,i need to know why the crazy deduction u guys did on my 9mobile line today. Better tell me the real code to dial to speak with someone ryt now. Haba!!!

ReplyDeleteThis is not correct...the correct way to reach an airtel customer care is by dailing 111 with an airtel sim then press 429 immediately they pick up...the language may change and it may say wot u failed is invalid but keep pressing 429 till u get referred to a customer care that will pick your call...mine just worked now
