At Your Own Discretion Or Judgement, Fix An Appropriate Price Tag For Tecno Phantom 5 Below
The price
fixed by Tecno for the latest Tecno Phantom 5 is generating so much Tecno Phantom 5 buzz that spans across the internet, and that there are hardly any
tech media outlet that you won’t find such buzz about the latest price of the
Tecno Phantom 5.
Tecno has done
their part and at their discretion chosen $350 (N70,000) as the most suitable
pricing for their new flagship baby.
Many have
matched up that price with the price of other devices they felt are in similar
categories with the Tecno Phantom 5; and they were able to come up with price
tags to some similar specs devices like the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2, Doogee F5,
Ulephone Btouch 2 etc.
Looking at
the price tags for those other devices that ranges from $200 (N40,000) to $250
( N50,000), one can easily conclude that Tecno Phantom 5 is pricey.
Now, if you
were given powers to fix a price for Tecno Phantom 5 based on what you have read
or seen so far about the device price or let’s just say based on your own
experience and sense of good judgment, what price tag will you consider most
appropriate for the Phantom 5?
I believe I
am also not left out here to voice my own opinion and the price I consider most
appropriate for the new Tecno device, so I will be starting out by fixing the
price I consider best for the device.
Left for me,
the $350 (N70,000) was quiet pricey especially
after seeing and evaluating those other devices mentioned above and also seeing
their price ranges, so I will peg my own Tecno Phantom 5 price at $300 (N60,000).
Over to you,
let’s hear from you; at what price will you have considered the Tecno Phantom 5
most appropriate for the sake of the device and to the public glare?

I don't even want to bother with a price. all I know is that I can never use a tecno, infinix or innjoo device ever again.
ReplyDeleteinstead of that, I'll go for lenovo
Hi Walat,
DeleteYou sounded as if you have been burnt before by those devices that you mentioned
I can say I have used at least one device from all of them.
ReplyDeleteI used the tecno P5 when it came out. it was OK. at least best of them.
infinix zero. the phone was so hyped up. I trekked the length and breadth of ikeja to get it the day it came out. only to get home to find that it gets boiling hot after a few minutes of playing a game. by now I'm sure you know I play games a lot. also you couldn't do an update OTA. and the ba3 was 1920mAh.
then the noise started on innjoo fire. the worst of them. I ordered it the day it became available on jumia. 1st issue after updating was battery wouldn't charge to 100. sometimes it discharges while charging. you can't update it OTA. you can't even transfer files on some laptops with it as well.
I have always known gsmarena to be one of the best mobile specs site... but you cannot find ANY model of innjoo, infinix or tecno on the site. meaning they don't exist. crap companies. I just pity anyone that will waste money on the phantom 5 or fire plus. too expensive. I will get a Lenovo instead for that price
Well I have the same problem to with my Innjoo fire I don't know I tink I would go for these latest China phone like xaomi, one plus, and so on
