Google Fixes Blogspot Adsense Not Showing On Blogger Redirect To Newly Introduced Country Code Domains (ccTLD)
Remember we
notified you of the recent causes of your Hosted Adsense not showing on Blogspot blog.
And just a
reminder; on the 3rd of this month, Google introduced additional 28
ccTLD that Blogspot blogs redirect to when visiting from any of those
countries.
But the
redirection generated a secondary bug that made hosted Adsense account that
were previously showing on those blogs not to display again whenever the
Blogspot blog redirects to those new ccTLD.
As many
bloggers noticed the anomaly, there were general outcry on different Adsense
and Blogger forum requesting Google to fix up the bug, but it all happened that
the calls for Google to do something about it felt on weekend and as you might
have known by now that weekends are mostly rest days for Google
representatives, like many other workers too and you shouldn’t expect them to
swing to work.

But after
the weekend came Monday and the good news is that Google has heed to the public
outcry and have succeeded in fixing up the bugs and ads serving have been
restored to those blogs on the newly expanded ccTLD.
If you were
among those that inserted a script to your template in order to prevent the
re-direct, you can now feel free to take out the script snippet as ads will now
display again even after the redirect to ccTLD.
