We have also noticed that most MTK device users with dual SIMs often go ahead to tweak the 2^nd phone SIM IMEI, i.e. the IMEI for SIM 2, and this does not truly change the device structure in many cases, as the SIM 1 remains the primary and main identifier for devices with dual SIMs (Dual IMEI).

In other words if you want your device to take up the full identity of the device that you have the IMEI tweaked into your android, you should go ahead to tweak the SIM 1 spot other than the SIM 2.

So if you are also having that same issue of Glo denying to activate your BIS subscription with your android device, check to see if it is the SIM 2 that you have tweaked, and if so, you should go ahead to tweak the SIM 1 IMEI to blackberry IMEI, so it will properly identify your device as blackberry and allow you to subscribe for BIS with your android and without any hassle.
