Tecno Boom J8, Upcoming Tecno Smartphone

Tecno Mobile recently teased its fans with the “guess the next upcoming tecno device” that was covered under a blue towel.

While the image appeared like a much bigger phalbet device, information recently gathered is that the device under the blue towel is Tecno Boom J8.

In other words the sound classic Tecno Boom J7 that was launched last year is finally getting an elder brother with improved specs.

Though not much have been heard or seen in the features of the upcoming Tecno Boom J8 but some leaked specs of the device from Tecno Insider have been in circulation.

And with what is already on ground, the Tecno Boom J8 will be a 5.5inches device that will most likely feature Tecno first and new Hios Ui.

The device will come with 16GB internal storage and will be accompanied with 2GB RAM; the back camera is said to be 13MP and the back will be packed with 38000mAh battery which I must say it is a heavy upgrade from the not impressive 2020mAh battery seen in Boom J7.

The rear camera was also been boosted from 8MP to 13MP, giving any camera-phone loving person much reason to set up his/her radar on Tecno Boom J8 when it finally arrives.

Though the OS is the gradually ageing Lollipop 5.1 after new devices are being seen these days launching with Marsmallow 6.

With the price speculations on ground, Tecno Boom J8 will most likely be priced between $140 to $160 (N29K – N32K).

Tecno Boom J8 might be launching towards the end of next month.
