If Glo, Airtel Or Even Etisalat Has The Number Of MTN Subscribers, Snail Would Be Usain Bolt over Their Data Networks, Agreed?
I am neither
MTN ambassador nor has MTN tipped my pocket up for me to come and speak well
about them. I also know that on one hand, MTN
has brought so many sorrows to subscribers with their services at the same
time.
But it is
also good all the time and without self-denial to give honour to whom honour is
due and also to give Cesar what belongs to Cesar.
In that
vein, I want to vehemently say that MTN is truly trying when it comes to
internet connectivity speed as even against those other networks of Airtel, Glo
and even Etisalat.
Based on the
fact that MTN has far more subscribers than those other networks and they are
at this point still able to keep up with good and fast internet connectivity
that allows you to browse and download smoothly all day all night and in many
locations.
Have you
ever wondered if any of Glo, Airtel or Etisalat has the number of subscribers as MTN,
don’t you think that tortoise and snail will look like Usain Bolt in their
midst when it comes to browsing and downloading speed?
Yes and undoubtedly
Etisalat blazes as their EasyBlaze slogan suggests, but have you also
considered that it might well be as result of decongested Etisalat network,
Etisalat being known as the network with the lowest number of subscribers.
It is true
that Airtel is trying these days and their network has really improved when it
comes to data services, but don’t you think that Airtel will cry foul and
network congestion if they have the numbers of subscribers that MTN has?
Recommended: Airtel Mega Pack offer is on, buy34GB for only 10,000 and still go home with a free dongle or MiFi
Take a look,
before Airtel introduced data zapping formula
on some of their data plans, subscribers’ trooped into the airtel network because
they allowed even blackberry subscriptions to be used on all devices without
tweaking, and then what happened next to their internet connectivity speed? It
dropped to zero, coupled with the later introduction of data zapping formula, that caused subscribers to start mass exodus from the network.
Then for
Glo, I am quite sure that if Glo has the number of subscribers as MTN, maybe by
now, Glo masts all over the country would have all crashed to the floor or into
nearby houses.
Finally, MTN internet data speed should be truly commended in many locations recently, which is unhindered by the huge subscribers that they are dealing with; and if you have any objection to what you have just read or contributions you can voice it out to clear up your conscience or any other prejudiced opinion you have for MTN.

I must say I agree with you.
ReplyDeletemtn has the best internet connection. it is fast no matter the location. I am sure mtn internet would work even if I go underground.
the only problem with mtn is the data cost. if I could get 3gb for 1k on mtn, then I won't use any other network o. the only reason I use airtel is because I can get 3gb for 1k. the speed is annoying. some times I just want to smash my phone on the floor when using airtel
I must confess that you have said it all. MTN is simply the best but their data cost is killing like wide bee. I have tried GLO, Airtel, and even Etisaltat but can't be able to finish use 50mb out of my Gigs before expiring due to snail network. I wish they do good some day.
ReplyDeleteI concur. No objection. MTN kill it 100/100
