MTN is just moving up and down changing the reply codes used to contact their customer care assistants after dialling their 180 helpline number.

If you recall, last year, MTN changed the reply number (code) to speak with their customer care assistant, and now they have returned it to normal and can now be accessed faster with just a single reply.

And the good thing now is that, unlike before  when after dialling 180 and replying with the series of numbers to speak with their customer care assistant and having to wait for almost infinity for an MTN assistant to answer you, this time around it is quicker and within seconds an MTN assistant will take your call.

This time you no longer have to keep on replying with different numbers to get to the number that will transfer you to speak with an MTN assistant, but just a one touch reply number will do the magic.

To speak with an MTN customer care assistant now after dialling their 180 service number, regardless of computerized voice that you always here, just reply with 0 (zero) immediately after dialling and it will transfer you immediately to speak with one of MTN’s helpline assistant.
