Before now, at the mention of network that zaps data, the one network that comes out from the mouth of many is none but Airtel, but at this point it seems that there is a new sheriff quick data burn rate network in town.

Recently, we initially thought that it is all happening to us alone when we noticed our data being zapped while using the MTN network on Windows 10.

At a point we started attributing the quick data burn rate to Windows 10 notorious and automatic background update trigger.

But we decided to take it a step further by using our MTN on mobile device to surf the internet, lo and behold our data is still been zapped, thereby making MTN network the culprit and the latest data zapper.

Furthermore, to buttress and confirm our findings, we recently started noticing people complaining too on how their MTN data now gets finished within a twinkle of an eye.

We can now conclude that MTN network has finally joined the data zapping cartel.
