Multichoice To Increase All DSTV And GoTV Subscription Rates Beginning Next Month, See New Rates

Multichoice, the operators of both DSTV and GoTV satellite TV subscriptions is reviewing the monthly prices of their different packages and is coming up with increase in price rates on all their monthly bouquet, slated to take effect from the beginning of next month.

The new price regime will get to see the DTSV monthly premium bouquet rate that used to be N13,980 soar to N14,700, while those on Compact Plus package will no longer pay N9,420 but will have to pay the new price of N9,900.

Then those on DSTV Compact package that used to pay N6,000 monthly before will then get to pay new price of N6,300.

For lower packages like Family bouquet that used to be charged at N3,600, those on that package will have to start paying N3,800 monthly, while those on Access bouquet will then pay N1,900 against N1,800 and finally for those on the Commercial bouquet that normally pay N1,720, they will have to start paying N1,850 starting 1st of May next month.

Those on the GoTV network, their new rate will be as follows; GoTV Value package will then be N1,400 against the normal N1,300 and then GoTV Lite subscribers will pay N450 as against N400.

Finally for subscribers of GoTV Plus package, they will have to be paying N1,900 monthly away from the current N1,800.

As stated above, the price increase is expected to take effect come 1st of May 2017.
