NCC To Commence Full Implementation Of Data Roll-over Policy This Week
It might not be the first time that the Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC) has mandated GSM and internet network providers in the country to allow customers roll over their unused data.
Although the first call saw almost non adherence as network providers continued to terminate and cancel all unused customers’ data at the expiration of their subscriptions instead of rolling over the data to the next month to allow them finish their unused data.
But it seems this time around, customers complaints have been heard by NCC as they prepare for full implementation of the data roll-over policy this week.
The data roll-over policy allows data customers who are unable to finish their data after expiration of their current subscription additional 10 days to finish up their unused data.
