Nokia 7.1 Launches With Pure Display, Qualcomm Chip And Dual Rear Cameras
HMD Global continues to manufacture Nokia phones and they have introduced another addition to the list of their Nokia devices, and this time around it is the successor to the Nokia 7 dubbed Nokia 7.1.
Nokia 7.1 is definitely a mid-ranged device with a Snapdragon 636 chipset and spots some awesome specifications that might be of huge interest to Nokia fans. The device is a complete enhancement to the Nokia 7 and you should note that is another Android One project device.
With aluminium frame, it came with a 5.84inches PureDisplay and screen resolution of 2280 X 1080 with 19:9 aspect ratios.
The back spots dual rear cameras of 12MP, f/1.8 aperture and a 5MP while the front features an 8MP selfie with 84 degree wide angle.
There is a 3GB and 4GB ram variant with 32GB and 64GB internal storage and also a microSD slot capable of expanding the memory to 400GB.

As mentioned it runs on android One based on android 8 .1 Oreo and will get an update to upgrade to android 9 Pie by November.
With 3060mAh battery, we might want to say not very impressive but it can still serve to power the phone for long hours before needing charging.

Nice smartphone, even though the 7.1 has HDR compatability, Nokia 7 plus has no notch but 7 plus does not have HDR, I would happily trade for the HDR for no notch. 7 plus display is really good for the price range just a dream.
ReplyDeleteWhat I want to know is does it have 4K video recording? I know there won’t be EIS if it does but that’s the same as the 7 Plus.
