Without further ado, after you must have activated your Utoken, and you now need to change/switch your UBA Umobile app authentication from PIN to token request, follow the steps below;
• Launch your Umobile app and sign in
• Click on the triple menu button at the top right hand side of the app and select settings
• Choose the change approval method tab
• On the next stage, select One time password tab
• Head to your Utoken app and use it to generate an OTP token then copy it
• Come back to the Umobile app and paste the OTP generated from the token on the space provided and then enter your Umboile transaction PIN in the two spaces provided below
• Finally click on the submit button
Voila, you have just succeeded in switching/changing your Umobile authentication default
PIN request to that of Token request.
And from now onward you carry out increased single and per day transactions with your Umobile app and you will always be required to insert token (which you will always generate with your activated Utoken) to complete every transactions.
